Research Analyst

Dr. Regina Parker brings 15 years' experience in foreign studies programs to her job as Director of the Office of International Programs at TDU. Her work in the 1990's as head of the FCES program in Nairobi, Kenya, won her accolades from the Kenyan government and U.S. consulate in Nairobi alike.  Her goal is a 100% increase in participation in study abroad programs within 5 years.

Regina also performs Analyst duties for the Office of Institutional Research (OIR).  She develops new statistical methodologies that allow the university to develop reports for federal and state mandates.  She also helps with the collection and analysis of the data before reports are generated.  Regina has presented at multiple conferences and published various journals stating the significance of historical data and universities.
